The Mane Obsession understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Appointments canceled under the 24 hours or for which clients are a no-show will incur a charge of 50% of the service to a maximum of $100.

We also understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Established salon clients are given one grace appointment in a calendar year for last-minute rescheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
